Take charge of your fertility goals.
Hi! I’m Dr. Temeka Zore, a double board certified OBGYN/REI who makes it easy to learn about reproductive health.
As seen in:
Learn how to plan for your future family.
With over 10 years of experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive endocrinology, I’ve seen so many patients feel under-informed about their bodies and reproductive health. My mission is to help you understand the ins and outs of fertility planning now—so you can have the family of your dreams when the time is right.
Get bite-sized and efficient fertility info.
Your time is valuable. Whether you’re climbing the corporate ladder or competing as a professional athlete, I know you don’t have hours to learn about fertility preservation and reproductive endocrinology. I intentionally create content that’s efficient, informative, and straightforward—ensuring that you know the most important details about your fertility.
My Experience
I possess over a decade’s worth of experience helping people navigate their reproductive and fertility health. After completing my residency and reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowships, I now work full-time as a fertility doctor for Spring Fertility in the Bay Area.
My Values
I believe reproductive rights are human rights. I want to help people develop awareness about their fertility before they’re ready to start a family so they can maximize options and feel empowered.
My Style
Patients appreciate my directness and compassion, and I bring that style to my content and media appearances. No matter the topic, you can expect me to get straight to the point—with a smile.
I understand the mindset of high-achievers.
As a doctor, mom, and athlete, I know and appreciate the value of every minute of the day.
Through my patients and social media community, I see how overwhelmed millennials and Gen Z are today. Between economic instability, student debt, and ticking biological clocks, they’re all trying to keep up with life’s demands—without awareness of the planning needed for their future family.
I aim to provide efficient information about fertility to help busy overachievers get the education they need for their family-building goals. Whether they’re an athlete who wants to explore fertility preservation or a soon-to-be executive who needs to plan an IVF cycle, I help people feel a sense of control over their own bodies and futures.
Four fun facts about me.
I am—and always will be—an athlete. While my track and field days are behind me, you can often find me at Barry’s Bootcamp.
1
I always knew I wanted to help people in need, but I realized my path of reproductive health when I was in my residency.
2
I’m a mom of two and love being honest about the ups and downs of being a working mom.
3
I consider myself to be a Bravo TV addict. (Seriously, ask me anything about it.)
